EFFICIENCY OF ADMINISTRATION AND STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM WORK OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL NONG KHAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to study the level of administrative efficiency, 2) to study the work of the student care and support system, and 3) to study the relationship between administrative efficiency and the work of the student care and support system of educational personnel. Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group used in this research is there were 306 teachers and educational personnel. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis in research include percentage, mean, and standard deviation by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1) causal factors the overall picture is at a high level. When considering each aspect, the first place was management, followed by atmosphere and organizational culture. Leadership Personnel Development and the final ranking is Curriculum and teaching management 2) Management effectiveness the overall picture is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was academic administration followed by general management budget management and the final ranking is Personnel management 3) Relationship between administrative efficiency and student support system work of educational personnel. Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 overall found that there was a high level of positive relationship. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
