RELATIONSHIP OF DECISION MANAGEMENT TO STUDENT AFFAIRS OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL LAT KRABANG DISTRICT OFFICE, BANGKOK
Abstract
The purposes of this research are to 1) study the level of decision-making management 2) study the level of student affairs and 3) Relationship of decision management with student affairs work of educational personnel Lat Krabang District Office, Bangkok. The sample group in this study was 3 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire, data analysis Finding percentages, averages, and standard deviations and find relationships by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The results showed that most 1) Overall decision management at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that number 1 was the problem determination aspect, followed by the search for alternatives aspect. Decision-making aspect of evaluating alternatives Implementation of decision making and the last one is evaluating results and providing feedback. 2) Student affairs work as a whole at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was the administration of student affairs, followed by the promotion of democracy in schools, the promotion and development of students to have discipline, morality, and ethics in the evaluation of student affairs performance. And the last place is the operation of the student support system. 3) Relationship of decision management to student affairs work of educational personnel. Lat Krabang District Office, Bangkok as a whole there is a positive relationship at a moderate level. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
