THE RELATIONSHIP OF ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS TO ACADEMIC WORK OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, AREA 1 (BANGKOK)

Abstract

The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis Finding percentages, averages, and standard deviations and find relationships by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The research results found that
1) Management as a whole is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was the administrators, followed by the teachers, media and educational technology and the last place is parents and community. 2) Overall academic work at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was academic planning, followed by the development and use of technology for education. In the field of curriculum development for educational institutions Education supervision in terms of measurement, evaluation and conduct of transfer comparisons in teaching and learning management in educational institutions and the last place is the development of internal quality assurance systems and educational standards. 3) Relationship between administrative factors and academic work of educational personnel.
