Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) study the level of expectations 2) study the level of morale in working. 3) Study the relationship between expectations and morale in the performance of educational personnel. Under the Education Division a municipal office.The sample group used in this research was 385 educational personnel. The instruments used for data collection were. It's a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency distribution. Finding percentages, averages, standard deviations and the Pearson correlation coefficient.The results of the study found that 1) Overall expectations were at a high level. When considering each aspect It was found that number 1 was internal power, followed by external rewards in that order. 2) Overall morale at work is at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that number 1 was job security, followed by job responsibility, and the last ranking is salary and benefits, respectively. 3) Relationship between expectations and morale at work It was found that the pair with the highest relationship was Expectation, which had a positive relationship with morale at work at the level at the statistical significance level of .01
