Abstract

This research objective was to: 1) study the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi; 2) study the effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi; and 3) study the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi. The research results found that: 1) The level of digital leadership of educational institution administrators is overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of supporting teaching and learning using digital technology had the highest average value, followed by the aspect of leadership and vision of digital technology, and the aspect of supporting the use of digital technology in management, respectively. 2) The level of effectiveness of school administrators is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of teacher job satisfaction had the highest average value, followed by the aspect of teachers' use of media, innovation and technology, and the aspect of efficient resource allocation, respectively. 3) The relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school institutions found that the overall correlation coefficient was positively and statistically significant at the 0.01 level, which is a high level of relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.743.
