EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISION BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ON ACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHETCHABUN DISTRICT 1
Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions and issues regarding the supervision of administrators on active learning management in schools under the jurisdiction of the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) to explore effective instructional supervision approaches. The research involved a population of 242 participants, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in the analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that 1) the current conditions and issues regarding instructional supervision to promote active learning management by school administrators under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were generally at a high level, and 2) the effective instructional supervision approaches to promote active learning management emphasized training, building collaborative networks, and encouraging the participation of teachers and students. Additionally, the use of technology to enhance the efficiency of active learning management was highlighted, with a focus on teacher and student development, support for modern teaching methods, the development of appropriate learning materials, and the creation of an environment that stimulates participation. These factors are crucial in enhancing the quality of education and fully meeting the needs of students.
