GUIDELINES FOR INTERNAL SUPERVISION ADMINISTRATION IN THE NEW NORMAL OF SCHOOLS UNDER LAMPHUN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the current conditions and problems of internal supervision administration and develop guidelines for improving internal supervision administration in the New Normal of schools under Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There was a total of 89 people. The sample group used in the research was school directors and deputy directors, a total of 10 people, selected purposively. The research instrument was a 5-level questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. Statistics used to analyze and use data include percentages, averages, standard deviations, and content analysis. The results of the research found that the current conditions and problem of internal supervision administration in the New Normal of schools under Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The overall present condition is at a high level and the overall problem condition is at a low level. The development guidelines for internal supervision administration in the New Normal of schools under Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of 1) There should be planning together and using internal and external data of the educational institution to develop internal supervision guidelines. 2) There should be explained information on internal supervision and digital literacy. 3) There should be followed Kalyanamitr supervision, helping teachers in teaching and digital literacy. 4) There should be provided morale and encouragement for internal supervisors. 5) There should be a meeting together to summarize and evaluate all the results.
