Abstract

This research aims to study the current and desired conditions for improving internal quality assurance of Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School and analyze the priority needs index for improving internal quality assurance of Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School. Data were collected from the entire population 90 teachers in Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index. Findings are; 1) The current condition for improving internal quality assurance of Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School was overall at a high average level, arranged from highest to lowest average as follows: Cooperation of Stakeholders, Understanding and awareness of internal quality assurance, Responsibilities of the internal quality assurance committee, Utilization of internal quality assurance outcomes, Operation according to internal quality assurance systems and related workload. 2) Desired conditions for improving internal quality assurance of Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School, overall, the average was at the highest level, arranged from highest to lowest average as follows: Related workload, Cooperation of Stakeholders, Utilization of internal quality assurance outcomes, Operation according to internal quality assurance systems, Responsibilities of the internal quality assurance committee and Understanding and awareness of internal quality assurance. 3) The Priority Needs Index for improving internal quality assurance of Debsirin Phukhae Saraburi School found that the top 3 essential needs issues were: 1) Related workload 2) Operation according to internal quality assurance systems and 3) Utilization of internal quality assurance outcomes.
