PARTICIPATORY PROCESS FOR COMMUNITY-BASED INTEGRATED ISLAMIC LEARNING MANAGEMENT FOR TEACHERS AT JARIYA ISLAM SUKSA ANUSORN SCHOOL, PATTANI PROVINCE
Abstract
This action research aimed to 1) develop a participatory process for community-based integrated Islamic learning management for teachers at Jariya Islam Suksa Anusorn School, Pattani Province, and 2) study the results of developing this participatory process. The target group consisted of 10 teachers and 1 school administrator from Jariya Islam Suksa Anusorn School. The research tool was the participatory process for community-based integrated Islamic learning management. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Research instruments included the participatory process, group interviews, teacher lesson plan evaluation forms, and teacher satisfaction assessment forms for the participatory process. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1) The participatory process for community-based integrated Islamic learning management was developed using the ADDIES process: Analyze together, Design together, Develop together, Implement together, Evaluate together, and Scale up together. 2) Teachers were able to develop community-based integrated Islamic learning plans, and their overall satisfaction with the participatory process was at a very good level.
