THE QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE AFFECTING PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF CULTURE
Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) The level of Quality of Work Life and Performance Efficiency of The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture. 2) What factors Affect Performance Efficiency of The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture (Central). The sample was 136 people. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing. t-test, F-test, and regression analysis.The results showed The results of the analysis of The Quality of Work Life Affecting and Performance Efficiency of The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture as a whole was at the highest level and stability for workers It has the smallest average. The results of the analysis of the performance of civil servants of The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture as a whole were very high and cost and assumption 1) Hypothesis 2) Quality of work life influences and Performance Efficiency of The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture with a significant degree of 0.05.
