MOTIVATION INTENTION TO BECOME A CULTURAL PRODUCT ENTREPRENEUR OF SMES AND ENTREPRENEUR, MINISTRY OF CULTURE NETWORK

Abstract

This research aims to study Motivation affecting intention to become a cultural product entrepreneur. Classified according to personal factors Motivation level and the level of intention to become entrepreneurs of cultural products among SMEs and entrepreneurs. Ministry of Culture Network This is a quantitative research with a sample of 277 people using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing uses t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA) statistics.

The research results found that Opinions from the group of SMEs and entrepreneurs Ministry of Culture Network.
It has the highest level of motivation included and the level of entrepreneurial intention is at the highest level which differs from gender, age, status, educational level, income, and motivation statistically significant at 0.01

This study there is a suggestion that the government should therefore establish additional promotion and support policies and set policies to cover all aspects more to increase the number of cultural product entrepreneurs It will drive 10 policies to raise the level of cultural events towards sustainable development.
