THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF PERSONNEL IN THE KRABI PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the quality of working life of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel; 2) to study the level of efficiency in the work of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel; 3) to study demographic factors that affect the work efficiency of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel; 4) to study the quality of working life that affects the work efficiency of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel. It is quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 189 Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing with t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that 1) The overall level of quality of working life of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel was at a high level. 2) The overall level of efficiency in the work of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel is at a high level. 3) Personnel with different incomes have different efficiency in the work of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel with statistical significance at the.05 level. And 4) quality of working life (Characteristics that are beneficial to society) affect the work efficiency of Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization personnel with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
