THE FEATURES OF THE COURT INTEGRAL ONLINE SERVICE THAT IMPACT THE EFFICIENCY OF USING THE COURT INTEGRAL ONLINE SERVICE OF CHANTHABURI JUVENILE AND FAMILY COURT
Abstract
This research aims to study the characteristics of the Court Integral Online Service system that affect its efficiency, as well as to identify problems or obstacles and suggest ways for improvement. This is a qualitative research project, with data collected through interviews with officials and litigants engaging with the Chanthaburi Provincial Juvenile and Family Court, totaling 22 individuals. Semi-structured interviews were used, and the data were analyzed through interpretation. The findings of the research are as follows: 1) The Court Integral Online Service of Chanthaburi Juvenile and Family Court is designed to be user-friendly and convenient, supporting staff in performing their duties accurately and comprehensively. It helps achieve goals quickly, reduces processing time, lowers costs for users, and can standardize the system across the organization.
2) Initial problems included different levels of understanding among staff and users, but training and publicizing usage improved understanding and minimized issues. 3) Improvement suggestions include conducting practical training seminars, providing sufficient and efficient document scanners, developing notification systems, and updating the system to be modern and appropriate for current situations.
