Abstract

This study has the objectives 1) to study public opinions on the quality of traffic management services on the Chalong Rat Expressway of the Expressway Authority of Thailand and 2) to compare public opinions on the quality of traffic management services on the Chalong Rat Expressway of the Expressway Authority of Thailand, classified by gender, age, occupation, and educational level the sample group was 399 people. The reliability of the questionnaire was .922. The results of the study found that Public opinion on the quality of traffic management services on the Chalong Rat Expressway of the Expressway Authority of Thailand. Overall, it was at a moderate level, namely the concreteness of the service. In terms of providing confidence to service recipients knowing and understanding service recipients response to service recipients and reliability results of comparing public opinions on the quality of traffic management services on the Chalong Rat Expressway of the Expressway Authority of Thailand with different genders, ages, occupations, and educational levels. Overall, they had opinions on the quality of traffic management services on the Chalong Expressway. The reign of the Expressway Authority of Thailand Not statistically different at the .05 level.
