PEOPLE'S SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE OPERATIONS CONDUCTED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE BY BAN IT SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, MUEANG ANG THONG DISTRICT, ANG THONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the level of public satisfaction affecting the infrastructure development of Ban It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Ang Thong District, Ang Thong Province. And to compare satisfaction with the infrastructure development work of Ban It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Ang Thong District, Ang Thong Province. The sample group consisted of 376 people in the area of Ban It Subdistrict, Mueang Ang Thong District, Ang Thong Province, using a questionnaire as the research tool. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing using t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research found that satisfaction with the infrastructure development work of the Ban It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Ang Thong District, Ang Thong Province as a whole was found to be very satisfied. The results of the hypothesis testing found that different genders affect satisfaction with infrastructure development work in community road development work and public building development work. Age, occupation, education level, status, and income all affect satisfaction with the infrastructure development work of Ban It Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
