FACTORS AFFECING WORK EFFICIENCY OF REGULAR PUBLIC HEALTH VOLUNTEERS. VILLAGE HEALTH VOLUNTEERS: CASE STUDY OF KRASOM SUBDISTRICT, TAKUA THUNG DISTRICT, PHANG NGA PROVINCE
Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the level of public health performance of village health volunteers (MCO) 2) To study factors related to operations that affect the efficiency of public health operations of village health volunteers. The results of the study showed that the personal factor is female, aged 41-50 years, marital status, occupation, farmer/general contractor. Average monthly income 10,001-15,000 baht Factors related to the performance of village health volunteers It was found that the success aspect of work It has the highest average performance of public health volunteers in villages. Timeline It has the largest average. Hypothesis analysis results There was a statistically significant difference in gender personal factors at 0.05, age, marital status, occupation, average income.
