FACTORS IN PROVIDING SERVICES THAT AFFECT PEOPLE’S SATISFACTION WITH THE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD SERVICE OF RANONG MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of satisfaction of citizens with the national identification card service of Ranong Municipality, Ranong Province; 2) to compare people's satisfaction with the national identification card service of Ranong Municipality, Ranong Province, classified by personal factors; and 3) to study the factors in providing services that affect people's satisfaction with the national ID card service of Ranong Municipality, Ranong Province. It is quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 280 service users in the Ranong Municipality area. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing using t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that 1) People's satisfaction with the national ID card services of Ranong Municipality, Ranong Province, overall, was at a high level. 2) Service users with different ages, marital status, and average monthly income have different satisfaction with the national ID card service of Ranong Municipality, Ranong Province, with statistical significance at the.05 level. And 3) factors in service provision Service process, service staff, service time, and facilities affect people's satisfaction with Ranong Municipality's national ID card service. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
