FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY OF THAILAND
Abstract
The objectives of this study were to 1) study the work efficiency of employees of the Expressway Authority of Thailand 2) Compare work efficiency classified by gender, age, education, monthly income, and to study the motivating factors that affect the work efficiency of employees of the Expressway Authority of Thailand. The sample group consisted of 368 people. The reliability of the questionnaire was .934. The results of the study found that factors affecting work efficiency overall, it is at a moderate level. Work success is at a high level. Career advancement is at a moderate level. Work responsibility is at a moderate level. Recognition and respect is at a moderate level. And in terms of the nature of work that is creative and challenging, it is at a moderate level. Efficiency in work. Overall, it was at a moderate level in terms of time, at a high level, in terms of expenses, at a moderate level, in terms of work quality, at a moderate level, and in terms of work quantity, at a moderate level.
