THE PREPARATION OF ORDINARY PARLIAMENT OFFICERS FOR TRANSITIONING THE WORK SYSTEM TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY (AI): A CASE STUDY OF BUREAU OF CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE SECRETARIAT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the preparation of ordinary parliament officers for transitioning the work system to artificial intelligence technology (AI): a case study of the Bureau of Central Administration of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. 2) To compare personal factors affecting the transition of the work system to artificial intelligence technology (AI): a case study of the Bureau of Central Administration of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. 3) To examine the relationship between perception and acceptance of the transition of the work system to artificial intelligence technology (AI): a case study of the Bureau of Central Administration of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 73 ordinary parliamentary officers working in the Bureau of Central Administration under the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics used for hypothesis testing included one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: the preparation of ordinary parliament officers for transitioning the work system to artificial intelligence technology (AI): a case study of the Bureau of Central Administration of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, was at a high level. The differences in personal factors, it was found that gender, age, educational level, position, and job level did not show significant differences in the preparation of ordinary parliamentary officials for the transition to an artificial intelligence technology system. In contrast, different lengths of service did show significant differences Perception and acceptance factors had a positive correlation with the study the preparation of ordinary parliament officers for transitioning the work system to artificial intelligence technology (AI): a case study of the Bureau of Central Administration of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives.
