THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERNAL FACTORS AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF THE PERSONNEL OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL BROADCASTING AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
Abstract
The objective of this research aims to study the level of organizational commitment of NBTC office employees and to study the relationship between internal organizational factors and organizational commitment of NBTC office employees. The sample group were 307 NBTC officers by Frequency and Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, hypothesis testing using T-test, F-test and statistics. Pearson's Correlation. The results of the study found that 1) different personal factors, gender and age, had no difference in organizational commitment. As for personal factors such as status, education, tenure, income, and position Different people have different commitments to the organization; 2) the level of commitment to the organization of NBTC office employees is at a high level 3) factors within the organization were correlated with organizational commitment of NBTC officer employees at a high level, with statistical significance at the 0.01
