THE FACTORS AFFECTING ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEE AT OFFICE OF THE NARCOTICS CONTROL BOARD
Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the organizational commitment of officials of Office of the Narcotics Control Board. 2) study the factors affecting the organizational commitment of officials of Office of the Narcotics Control Board. The sample consisted 222 officials from Office of the Narcotics Control Board and the tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using statistics including: Descriptive Statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as One-way Anova. Multiple linear regression analysis was also used to analyze the statistical results. The research results indicated that the organizational engagement of officials of Office of the Narcotics Control Board was at a high-level factor. Job characteristic and job satisfaction significantly affected the organizational engagement of these officials, with the significance at the .05 level
