THE FACTORS WITHIN THE ENTERPRISE TO AFFECTING PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF STAFF AT RAYONG PROVINCIAL AMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The objectives of the study on factors within the enterprise to affecting performance efficiency of staff at Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization were 1) to study the performance level of personnel of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization 2) to study internal factors affecting the performance of personnel of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization By collecting data from a sample of 325 people using a questionnaire and then using the data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics consisting of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that performance level of personnel in Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization at a high level by the operation process with the highest average, followed by psychological and cognitive domain. The comparison of the performance of personnel in Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization classified by personal factors, it was found that Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization personnel who had sex, age, status, educational level, position, and working experience are different. There is not a performance level differed statistically at 0.05. Internal factors affecting the performance of personnel differed statistically significant at the 0.05 level, including the skill and shared values.
