Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The objective is to study demographic factors, that affects the organizational commitment of the Attorney General's Office personnel in Phuket Province and to study Motivational factors affecting organizational commitment of personnel of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province. The population used in the research is administrative staff of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province, consisting of 7 offices, a total of 73 people. The results of the study found that Organizational engagement of personnel of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province Overall, it is at the highest level. The average value was 4.68. Overall work motivation was at the highest level. has an average of 4.60 The results of the hypothesis testing found that personal factors such as gender, age, and educational level Position type Period of work and income level The differences do not affect the organizational commitment of the Attorney General's Office personnel in Phuket Province.
