Abstract

Happiness is something that everyone wants in life. Especially happiness in working for those who can create good feelings towards work. But on the contrary, those who cannot work happily it will cause boredom, discouragement, and unwillingness to work, which will affect the quality of work and quality of life. For this reason, studying the factors that are related to the happiness of employees in the organization is an important management strategy in today's organizations. This article is a study by reviewing literature from various sources such as textbooks, academic articles, and research articles in order to present factors that are related to the happiness of employees in the organization. Which includes Environmental factors include security and safety. Opportunity for career advancement Organization and management, wages, job characteristics, job supervision, social characteristics of work. Communication, working conditions, and welfare or other benefits received and organizational culture factors include Creativity and risk-taking Focusing on achievement or results Giving importance to the role of the person teamwork Proactive work, control, reward system and communication in order to be useful in applying such concepts in the organization and for future empirical studies.
