Abstract

The objective of this study was to study participation of people in prevention and Drugs Enforcement in Ban Ko Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province in the field of participation in the search for problems and their causes. participation in event planning, participation in operations and participation in audit and evaluation, classified by personal factors, including gender, age, education level, occupation, monthly income, and period of residence in the community.
The subjects used in this study were people living in the administrative area of Ban Ko Subdistrict Administration. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data include percentages, averages, and standard deviations.
The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, aged 31-40 years, got Bachelor's degree, work in government official/state enterprise employee organization, average monthly income 10,001-15,000 baht and period of living in the community were 6-10 years. participation of people in prevention and Drugs Enforcement in Ban Ko Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District,Samut Sakhon Province in overall was moderately. For consideration to each aspect which could sort from high to low as follows: participation in finding the problem and its cause, participation in monitoring and evaluating performance, planning of activities and participation in the implementation of activities, respectively.
