FACTORS AFFECTING THE WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF PERSONNEL OFFICE OF HIGHWAYS 17, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS

This research is research by collecting quantitative research data. The objectives: 1) study personal factors and factors of perception of support from the organization that affects the work-life balance of personnel, office of Highway 17, Department of Highways, and 2) study the level of work-life balance of personnel, office of Highway 17, Department of Highways. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population used in this research is personnel, Office of Highway 17, Department of Highways. The results of the study found that the work-life balance of personnel, office of Highway 17, Department of Highways was overall at the highest level with an average of 4.49. The results of the hypothesis testing found that Personal factors in terms of gender, age, income level, type of personnel and average number of hours worked per day are different. As a result, personnel, office of Highway 17, Department of Highways have a different overall work-life balance. Statistically significant at 0.05 and factor of perceived organizational support. In terms of job knowledge and advancement opportunities, psycho-emotional aspect and operational aspects. It has an effect on the work-life balance of personnel, with statistical significance at 0.01.
