HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT THAT AFFECTS THE PERFORMANCE OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S PERSONNEL IN PHUKET PROVINCE

The objective of this research was to study personal factors affecting the performance of personnel of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province, and to study human resource development that affects the performance of the Office of the Attorney General's personnel in Phuket Province. The population in this research study is administrative civil servants, permanent employees, and service contractors. There were 73 employees of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province. The researcher collected data from the entire population. Using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The results of the hypothesis testing found that 1) personal factors consisted of gender, age, and educational level. Period of work and position type the differences do not affect the performance of the Office of the Attorney General's personnel in Phuket Province. Statistically significant at 0.05 2) Different human resource development Affecting the performance of the personnel of the Attorney General's Office in Phuket Province Statistically significant at .01.
