Abstract

This research study has two objectives: a) to study demographic factors that affect the efficiency of providing services to visitors to the Phuket Provincial Prosecutor's Office and ii) to study factors that influence the efficiency of services of the Prosecutor's Office. Phuket Province. The population in this study were police officers from the investigation group of all 11 Provincial Police Stations in Phuket Province, resulting in a sample population of 124 officers. The results of the study found that: a) Demographic factors have a significant impact on the service efficiency of civil servants in the Phuket Provincial Prosecutor's Office. And similarly, ii) service factors affect the service efficiency of the Phuket Provincial Prosecutor's Office at the highest level. When considering each factor.
