DEMAND FOR STUDYING OF MASTER DEGREE ON CREATIVE INNOVATION IN MUSIC PROGRAM, FACULTY OF FINE AND APPLIED ARTS, RAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
The objective of this research was to study of opinions, demands and make recommendations for the study management of a Master Degree on Creative Innovation in Music Program, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research process used questionnaires and interviews to collect data. The sample was a questionnaire survey of 169 graduates and groups of students studying western music or related fields. A sample group of 5 interviews with experts/experts in international music to study concepts and suggestions for opening a master's degree program. And a sample group of 5 interviews with employers of western music from both government and private sector agencies. The results of the research found that the sample group that used questionnaires with students wanted a study that focused solely on dissertation research. Agreeing with the draft curriculum structure that was proposed to be able to respond to the labor market and knowledge that modern for professional use The results of interviews with a sample group of experts/experts in western music and employers concluded that opening a master's degree program is possible. The educational management model is appropriate. Musical creativity today is very important. Today's essential skills for music innovators are knowledge of music and a wide range of musical concepts. The trend for careers after graduation is music-related careers.
