Abstract

This research aims to study the general characteristics of elderly people in the Prachaniwet 2 Phase 3 community, Bang Talat Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, including age, gender, education level, and marital status, and to create, apply, and evaluate a Business Model Canvas business plan with the website https://prachaniwet2raya3.com/ and Google Maps. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, aged 60-69 years, had a secondary school/equivalent education level, and were married. The overall satisfaction score with the Business Model Canvas, website https://prachaniwet2raya3.com/, and Google Maps was 4.04, indicating a high level of satisfaction. The top three aspects with the highest average scores were: customer group (4.59, highest level), value offered (4.54, highest level), and customer access channels (4.43, high level).
