Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of digital learning agility on operational performance, mediated by digital job crafting. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of 200 personnel working in production lines and interacting with advanced manufacturing technologies at a smart electronics manufacturing factory in Chonburi Province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that the structural model demonstrated a fit to the empirical data (CMIN/DF = 1.519, RMR = 0.005, RMSEA = 0.051, and CFI = 0.991). The hypothesis testing demonstrated that digital learning agility directly and positively influenced digital job crafting (β = 0.721, p < .001) and operational performance (β = 0.558, p < .001). Furthermore, digital job crafting had a significant direct positive effect on operational performance (β = 0.352, p < .001), while also serving as a significant partial mediator in the relationship between digital learning agility and operational performance (Indirect Effect = 0.254, p < .001). The findings can be used as a guideline for developing employees’ ability to learn and adapt their work practices, thereby supporting digital transformation and sustainably improving production efficiency.
