A STUDY ON USER SATISFACTION WITH THE JOB APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN NONTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the general information of elderly people in the Prachaniwet 2 Phase 3 community, Bang Talat Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, and 2) create and evaluate an information system for job applications by elderly people in the Prachaniwet 2 Phase 3 community and for recruitment by employers in Nonthaburi Province. A purposive sampling method was used to select 150 elderly individuals. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was applied to design and develop a job application and recruitment information system. Satisfaction data regarding the website was collected using questionnaires and analyzed statistically. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, aged 60-69, had a secondary school education (lower or higher), and were married. The website, https://prachaniwet2raya3.com/, had an overall user satisfaction score of 4.42, indicating a much level of satisfaction. The aspects with the highest to lowest scores were: usability and usefulness (4.68 - most), content/information (4.34 - much), and website design (4.26 - much).
