TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE FACTORS AND DIGITAL SYSTEM QUALITY AFFECTING SATISFACTION WITH THE USE OF THE THAID APPLICATION AMONG ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS AT THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the level of satisfaction with the use of the THAID application and the technology acceptance factors and digital system quality affecting satisfaction with the use of the THAID application among administrative officers at the Public Prosecutor Development Institute. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The overall satisfaction with the use of the THAID application was at a high level, with intention to reuse having the highest mean score. 2) The technology acceptance factors, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, and behavioral intention to use, significantly affected satisfaction with the use of the THAID application at the .05 level, with behavioral intention to use having the strongest influence. 3) The information quality dimension of digital system quality significantly affected satisfaction with the use of the THAID application at the .05 level, while system performance, service quality, and security and privacy did not significantly affect satisfaction.
