The findings revealed that: (1) work attitudes overall were at a high level; (2) work performance overall was at a high level; (3) regarding the comparison of work attitudes classified by personal factors, gender and personnel type did not result in significantly different work attitudes, whereas age resulted in significant differences across all dimensions—job satisfaction, organizational commitment, satisfaction with technology use, and overall attitudes—with the 41-50 age group showing the highest attitudes; education level resulted in significant differences in three dimensions—organizational commitment, satisfaction with technology use, and overall attitudes—but not in job satisfaction, with the bachelor’s degree group scoring higher than the below-bachelor’s degree group in organizational commitment; and income resulted in statistically significant differences across all dimensions, with the group earning less than 15,000 baht showing the lowest attitudes in every dimension; and (4) the three dimensions of work attitude jointly predicted work performance at 84.2 percent (R² = .842), with satisfaction with technology use having the strongest influence, followed by job satisfaction and organizational commitment, respectively.
