Abstract

With the deepening development of the information age, information literacy among university teachers has become one of the core competencies for the modernization of education. Currently, university teachers lack information technology application, data analysis, and teaching resource integration, and urgently need to improve their information literacy through systematic training. Based on an analysis of the connotation of information literacy and the development needs of university teachers, this paper explores existing issues in the management of university teacher training, proposes a practical path for teacher training under the guidance of information literacy, and constructs a multi-dimensional support system encompassing policies, resources, platforms, and evaluation mechanisms, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for university teacher training.
