Criteria for Manuscript Evaluation for Publication in the Journal of Technical Education Development
The Journal of Educational and Industrial Innovation adopts a peer-review process in which each manuscript is evaluated by at least three qualified experts in the relevant or related disciplines. Reviewers are external to the journal and represent diverse professional backgrounds. In this single-blind review process, reviewers are informed of the author(s)’ identities, whereas the author(s) are not informed of the reviewers’ identities. Reviewers assess each manuscript based on the following key criteria:
Originality and Academic Integrity
The research findings presented in the manuscript must be the author(s)’ own original work. Any form of plagiarism must be strictly avoided.
Manuscript Length and Language Quality
The original manuscript must not exceed 10 pages. It must be written in Thai, with appropriate and accurate Thai translations of technical terminology, and must conform to correct grammatical standards.
Research Ethics Compliance
Research articles must be conducted in accordance with generally accepted standards of research ethics. For studies involving human subjects, the author(s) should clearly indicate that the research procedures were conducted in compliance with the standards of a recognized Human Research Ethics Committee.
Editorial Discretion and Conflict of Interest
The editor reserves the right to terminate the review process if it is found that the manuscript does not comply with the journal’s objectives or conditions. In addition, if a reviewer, after agreeing to review a manuscript, later identifies a conflict of interest, the reviewer must immediately inform the editor in order to withdraw from the review of that manuscript.
