Abstract
The purpose of this study is to 1) study the management of a community enterprise, Tambon Nongtakhianbon, Watthananakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province 2) examine the success factors of the community enterprise Tambon Nongtakhianbon, Watthananakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province, and 3) investigate the challenges and obstacles faced by the community enterprise Tambon Nongtakhianbon, Watthananakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province. This qualitative study employed a phenomenological approach. The primary informants for this study were the leaders and members of a community enterprise group, Tambon Nongtakhianbon, Watthananakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province. The sample group was selected using a purposive sampling method. The findings revealed that: 1) The management of the community enterprise began with the leader inviting residents to form a group for fruit cultivation. The operations involved receiving produce from members, hiring staff to process the products to increase income, and establishing an agro-tourism learning center with community participation. 2) The success factors of the community enterprise included the cultivation of santol, a unique local crop, mutual sincerity, fairness, and cooperative assistance among members. 3) Challenges and obstacles included conflicts of opinion regarding cultivation practices. The solutions and recommendations from the enterprise's leader served as a practical example for community members, demonstrating actions that positively impacted the community and generate income for its members.
