Artificial Intelligence and Public Procurement Law

Abstract
This article aims to study the interactions between artificial intelligence (AI)in public administration and public procurement law in two forms : the procurement of AI
for the provision of public services and the use of AI in public procurement processes. It will demonstrate the analysis of the unique characteristics of these interactions and present the regulatory challenges that arise from them.
