Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare the roles of school administrators in managing learner-centered instruction within the Nang Daet Wang Chomphu Educational Quality Development Center, under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The study examined these roles based on the variables of educational attainment and work experience. The research sample consisted of 97 teachers. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which demonstrated an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) between 0.67 and 1.00 and a total reliability coefficient of 0.97. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The research findings revealed that

1) The overall performance of school administrators in managing learner-centered instruction was rated at a high level ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.89).

2) A comparative analysis of teachers' opinions, classified by personal characteristics, showed no statistically significant differences at the .05 level in terms of either educational attainment or work experience. These results indicate that teachers share consistent perceptions of their administrators' roles, regardless of differences in their academic backgrounds or length of professional service.
