This study employed documentary analysis by reviewing academic research, scholarly articles, and policy-related documents. The findings indicate that school administrators play a crucial role in driving school adaptation through strategic management, quality-oriented learning development, efficient resource management, and collaboration with communities and educational partners. The article proposes approaches for strengthening administrators’ competencies to ensure sustainable school development in the era of population decline.

Keywords : school administrators, population decline, educational administration, school adaptation
กัญชลารักษ์ ทีปกากร Copyright (c) 2025 ratchasimaparithat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-12-31 2025-12-31 1 3 41 46
