The sample group used in the research was 125 people, with the sample size determined according to the table of Krejci and Morgan. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability value of the entire questionnaire of 0.88 or higher. Teachers play an important role in improving the quality of education, both in transferring knowledge and developing the necessary skills of learners, and the use of technology as a tool in teaching and learning is important to promote sustainable and adaptive learning. Teachers must develop learning management skills that meet the diversity of learners and promote critical thinking and communication skills. Teachers also face non-instructional workloads, such as documentation and coordination, which results in little time for teachers to fully prepare for instruction and supervise students. This reduces the quality of teaching and learner development. Research has shown that excessive workload increases stress and fatigue for teachers. This makes it impossible to fully commit to teaching. Reducing non-teaching workloads and supporting teachers in other tasks is an important way to increase teaching efficiency and improve the quality of education.
