บทบาทของผู้บริหารการศึกษาเพื่อการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทบาทของผู้บริหารการศึกษาในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยเน้นความสำคัญของการปรับตัวของระบบการศึกษาในยุคที่โลกเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้บริหารการศึกษามีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง วางแผนกลยุทธ์ และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมในการนำนวัตกรรมไปปฏิบัติให้เกิดผลสำเร็จ บทความวิชาการนี้ผู้เขียนจะนำเสนอ 1) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการบริหารการศึกษา 2) นวัตกรรมเชิงกลยุทธ์ และ
3) บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเชิงกลยุทธ์ องค์ความรู้จากบทความนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า บทบาทของผู้บริหารการศึกษากับการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเชิงกลยุทธ์เป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ตั้งแต่การกำหนดทิศทางและสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ การวางแผนและออกแบบกลยุทธ์ การสนับสนุนและอำนวยความสะดวก การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและกระตุ้นการมีส่วนร่วมการประสานงานและสร้างเครือข่ายไปจนถึงการติดตามประเมินผลและปรับปรุงพัฒนา และการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารให้สามารถปฏิบัติบทบาทเหล่านี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ยั่งยืน
