THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS IN DRIVING STRATEGIC INNOVATION FOR EDUCATIONAL QUALITY DEVELOPMENT

This article aims to analyze the role of educational administrators in driving strategic innovation for the development of education quality, emphasizing the importance of adapting the education system in the rapidly changing world. Educational administrators play a crucial role in leading change, planning, and inspiring personnel to participate in the implementation of innovation for successful outcomes. In this article, the author presents three main areas
1) concepts and theories related to educational administration 2) strategic innovations, and
3) the role of administrators in driving strategic innovation. The body of knowledge presented indicates that the role of educational administrators in promoting strategic innovation is essential for improving educational quality. This includes setting direction and creating a vision, planning and designing strategies, providing support and facilitating processes, inspiring and encouraging participation, coordinating and networking, monitoring and evaluating initiatives for continuous improvement. Moreover, developing administrators' competencies to effectively fulfill these roles is a key factor in elevating the quality of education and achieving sustainable outcomes.
