Digital Leadership of School Administrators and Educational Management

Abstract
Digital leadership of school administrators is a crucial factor influencing the improvement of educational quality. Administrators need to possess a clear digital vision and be capable of utilizing information technology and digital innovations to effectively manage academic affairs, budget, personnel, and general administration. In addition, they should promote the development of digital competencies among teachers and educational personnel so that teaching and learning can be adapted to keep pace with changes in the knowledge-based society. Furthermore, administrators should act as innovative leaders who foster a digital learning environment, encourage participation, and uphold digital ethics and responsibility. Therefore, digital leadership is not merely the use of technology as a tool; rather, it involves setting direction and driving systemic change in order to enhance the quality of educational institutions and enable them to sustainably keep up with the digital era.
