Economic Learning Management of Occupational Based to Improve Creative Thinking Skills by Using Role-Playing Learning of Matthayom 2 in Sarasas Witaed Lanna School

Abstract
This article so that 1. To create and find quality management plans, learn by social studies Through management, learning, economics, career base by using hypothetical role-playing teaching styles (Role Playing) as a base through product design to promote creative thinking skills of Matthayom 2 in Sarasas Witaed Lanna School. 2. To study the use of learning management that promotes creative thinking skills of Matthayom 2 in Sarasas Witaed Lanna School Per lesson using hypothetical role play activities as a base. The sample population in this research is 15 students in Matthayom 2 in Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, 2nd semester, 2022 academic year. Data collection instruments are 1) The research instruments were 3 learning management plans in the subject by teaching methods, Role-Playing is a base 2) Assessment appropriateness of the Learning Management Plan and 3) An assessment of creative thinking skills which using qualitative data to analyze with mean and standard deviation.
The result found that can be summarized as follows. Assessment grade, measure creative thinking skills of Matthayom 2. After learning professional economics Role model, hypothetical is a student base, for example 53.33 percent meets the high criteria set as the goal of this research 40% of sample students meet the minimum criteria. And 6.66% of the target students do not meet the criteria set by the researcher. The average score of the sample of 15 people had an overall average score of 81.94 percent which was in the high level.
