Effectiveness of Capability Developmentof Personnel attached to Cholburi Provincial Administration Organization

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) explore effectiveness of capability development of personnel attached to Cholburi Provincial Administration Organization. (2) compare attitude of respondents toward effectiveness of capability development of personnel verified by demographic factors. (3) explain correlation between affecting factors with effectiveness of capability development of personnel. This was quantitative approached ,sample were 388 personnels of Cholburi Provincial Administration Organization. Questionnaires were data collective tool, collected by researcher. Statistical analysis were percentages mean standard Deviation and t Test ANOVAF. Pearson correlation.
The findings were as follows;
1. effectiveness of capability development of personnel attached to Cholburi Provincial Administration Organization was highest level
2. There were significant difference among attitude of respondents toward effectiveness of capability development of personnel verified by job position and education level.
