Abstract

This article aims to present academic leadership of school administrators. The academic administration of educational institutions is a process that involves planning and implementing work related to teaching and learning in educational institutions. which focuses on developing and supporting student learning and the development of knowledge and skills of teachers and educational personnel. To have teaching and learning that is efficient and consistent with the established educational standards. It can be built by using the KANOK Model to enhance academic leadership skills that are 1) K (Knowledge Mangement) knowledge exchange, 2) A (Academic) academic work development, 3) N (Norm) work with norms, 4) O (Organozation of Assignment) organizational assessment, and 5) K (Knowledge Transfer) knowledge linkage.
