Abstract

Executives are considered important people in organizations in both the public and private sectors. Executives play an important role in shaping corporate policies and strategies. Planning and making important decisions Participation in the creation of image and concept, as well as operations at the highest level of the organization. Responsible for navigating and building corporate culture They must have good leadership, role models for employees and others.                The influence of school administrators or leaders is exercised by authority or by gaining the trust of the existing faith with the person who is a member of the group to create or cultivate faith harmony. Collaboration between colleagues According to the theory of academic leadership, school administrators need academic leadership, which is an important qualification in school administration.  As for the educational institutions, there is also a goal to provide education.


          In conclusion, the leadership of school administrators according to the principles of organizational management to success requires many factors, including effective tools for management. Executives should use the JIRAPORN Model as a management tool to ensure maximum efficiency and personnel work happily.
