Abstract

The Thanaphat Model is an educational management framework developed to support learning and teaching processes in various educational institutions, aiming to achieve positive outcomes and enhance the effectiveness of education. It emphasizes a learner-centered approach and focuses on both vision and development strategies that prioritize students. The strategies in the Thanaphat Model for educational management are as follows:  Support educational policies and vision: The Thanaphat Model places importance on creating clear and accepted policies and vision in the development of education in schools. It provides guidance and support in setting goals and development strategies related to students and learning.  Promote innovative learning: The Thanaphat Model emphasizes promoting and supporting learning processes that emphasize creativity and problem-solving. This includes using technology in teaching and learning, accessing information, and sharing knowledge through the internet. Create creative learning spaces: The Thanaphat Model supports the creation of learning spaces that are filled with creative elements and spark student interest. This can include well-organized and minimalist classrooms, outdoor learning spaces, or inclusive learning communities. Support teacher and educational personnel development: The Thanaphat Model gives importance to promoting and developing teachers and educational personnel with knowledge and skills in effectively applying technology in learning. Collaborate with society: The Thanaphat Model encourages collaboration with society in educational development, making schools an integral part of the community and supporting the learning processes of students. Evaluate and assess learning outcomes: The Thanaphat Model highlights the importance of evaluating and assessing learning outcomes that focus on the development of knowledge, abilities, and skills of students. In summary, the Thanaphat Model is an educational management framework that prioritizes students as the center of attention.
