Abstract
JIRATSAYAM MODEL of Kanchanaphisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pra Tamnak Suankularb Secondary School). The study found that participatory school management can be developed in all aspects as follows: quality of students, educational management, and the building of learning society. The school consists of The school's director, Deputy Director, 5 departments, the subject group 8 groups, teachers and educational personnel set up and review the vision, commitment and values. The policy and plan department will collect necessary information to gather basic school information and prepare a draft vision for public hearing. Vision to be clear can lead to concrete action by the administration communicating with teachers, staff and students. And those involved are aware of and understand the vision of the school. It is a mission to define the scope of work, roles and functions of the organisation through strategic plans, review and improve their vision according to relevant context.
