Abstract

This research has the objectives of 1. To study the leadership of school administrators in under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office According to the teacher's assessment by age And work experience is a quantitative research with research tools such as questionnaires with a sample group / target group, namely the population of teachers under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2022, with a total of 1,726 teachers in the first semester of the academic year. 2565 was calculated from the sample size of 310 people obtained by using Krejcie and Morgan tables (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) and stratified random sampling. the size of the school, and then perform a simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling) according to the proportion of the population in each size of the school. Then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by a descriptive statistics program consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and comparison by t-test.


The results showed that 1) Leadership of School Administrators Under the Office of Kanchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area, overall, it was at the highest level in all aspects, including socialization. coordination and assistance 2) It was found that teachers with age and work experience were different. There is an assessment of the leadership of school administrators. under the jurisdiction of Kanchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall and each aspect is not different.
